Service information
This website introduces our services. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking, reserve equipment or create a service commitment. Scope, pricing, availability, delivery dates and payment terms are confirmed in a written quotation or agreement.
Bandwidth and service scope
The stated 45 Gbps refers to server bandwidth infrastructure powered by C Fibernet. Per-project allocation, supported workloads, resilience, service levels and any third-party delivery services are agreed separately.
Content and broadcasting rights
Customers must have the necessary permissions to provide and distribute their content. Online streaming rights, territory restrictions, platform access and any broadcast headend or uplink arrangements must be confirmed for the project.
Third-party platforms and equipment
App stores, payment providers, DRM services, OTT platforms and equipment manufacturers have their own requirements and terms. Compatibility, licensing, approvals and support commitments are included only as agreed in the project scope.
