Is 45 Gbps dedicated to every customer?
45 Gbps describes our server bandwidth infrastructure. Dedicated or shared allocation, throughput commitments and any additional distribution capacity are specified in your quote.
Do you provide rights to TV channels?
Channel distribution rights are separate from the technology. You must have the required permissions for the channels and territories you plan to serve.
Can the platform include both live TV and movies?
Yes. Live channels and on-demand libraries can be scoped together, subject to your content rights and chosen platform features.
Does free-to-air mean free to stream online?
No. A free-to-air broadcast does not by itself establish internet redistribution rights. Confirm the permissions for your channel, platforms and audience territories.
Can you connect an existing streaming backend?
Share your APIs, player requirements and authentication flow. We assess integration with the existing backend before confirming the scope.
Can I place my own servers with you?
Yes, colocation can be scoped for your own equipment. Availability, rack space, power, network connections and access arrangements must be confirmed.
Can you help choose a streaming encoder?
Yes. Share your camera or feed output, target quality, connectivity and destination requirements so we can scope a suitable encoder.
Can one event go to multiple destinations?
Yes, multi-destination delivery can be scoped for compatible platforms. Platform access, formats, rights and capacity are confirmed before the event.
Is the one-third-cost figure guaranteed?
No. It is a proposal target, subject to a review of your existing cost, audience, viewing hours, quality and delivery requirements. Your written quote sets out included and additional charges.
Do you own all the worldwide CDN nodes?
No. We can connect our streaming origin to a selected CDN provider’s distributed edge network. The provider and regional coverage are agreed for your project.
